The Yarra Valley Touring Company is a locally owned and operated small group touring business. We work closely with our winery and accommodation partners in the Yarra Valley to bring you a unique range of experiences to showcase our beautiful region.
The Yarra Valley Touring Company is based in Lilydale, Victoria only a stone’s throw from numerous wineries, vineyards, and wide-open farmland. Owner and Founder Craig Cooney grew up in Melbourne’s outer suburbs and has spent possibly too much time sipping and sampling his way around the Yarra Valley. Craig has lived in and operated winery tours in the region and around Victoria for over ten years.
Our focus is on providing unique tour and transport solutions for our customers and accommodation partners to ensure that visitors to the region enjoy a memorable stay in the Yarra Valley.

Located only 1 hour from the centre of Melbourne, the Yarra Valley is tantalisingly close as a day trip from the big smoke, but has an abundance of natural wonders, world-class attractions and gourmet experiences to explore. You really need a few days here to truly experience all the region has to offer.
The Yarra Valley covers over 6,000 acres surrounded by the Yarra Ranges- a mountain range that encircles the valley and provides an ever-present stunning backdrop for the miles of vineyard and farmland. With over 160 wineries, many with cellar doors welcoming guests to sample the product, the Yarra Valley is one of Australia’s major wine regions and a major producer of cool climate specialties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Cabernet – but so much more as well.
The Yarra Valley is home to some serious internationally acclaimed labels such as Chandon Australia, Four Pillars Gin, DeBortoli, Yarra Yering and many more.
