FAQs

Do you pick up in Melbourne?
For private tours and group tours we can pick you up anywhere in Melbourne. For our public Yarra Valley Wine and Bubbles day tour we do not provide a Melbourne city pickup but you can catch a train to Lilydale Station (approx. 1 hour) and we’ll meet you there! Many of our guests choose to catch a train from Flinders Street Station to Lilydale Station (approx. 1 hour journey). The meeting time at Lilydale Station is approx. 10.05am midweek and 10.15am weekends. If you select Lilydale Station as your pickup address we’ll send you instructions on catching the train- it’s easy!
Do you pick up at my accommodation in the valley?
Yes, we can pick you up if you are staying in the following towns: Badger Creek, Bend of Islands, Chirnside Park, Christmas Hills, Chum Creek, Coldstream, Don Valley, Dixons Creek, Gruyere, Healesville, Kangaroo Ground, Launching Place, Lilydale, Millgrove, Mount Evelyn, Panton Hills, Ringwood, Seville, Smiths Gully, St Andrews, Steels Creek, Tarrawarra, Toolangi, Wandin, Warburton, Watsons Creek, Wesburn, Woori Yallock, Wonga Park, Yarra Glen, Yarra Junction, Yellingbo, Yering And anywhere else just ask and we’ll see what we can do!
Do you organise Corporate Groups/Hen’s parties/private tours etc?
Yes! We can do it all and we have a wide range of preferred partners who cater for a wide variety of experiences. Not every winery wants to deal with Hen’s parties and we know where you’ll be welcome. And not every venue caters well for larger or corporate groups. We know where to take you. Local knowledge is king! For private tours and group tours we’ll work with you to plan the perfect day out.
What vehicles do you use?
Our private tours for 2-4 guests are operated in a modern Mercedes Van (or similar). Our tours for groups of up to 11 guests are operated in a modern 12 seat Toyota Commuter Mini van. Groups larger than 11 will be outsourced to our partner operators with larger buses suitable for the size of the group.
Are you the best tour company in the Yarra Valley?
Sometimes we think we’re pretty good and we try to do things a little bit different but the reality is there are many elements that go into making a tour great. One is the produce; and the Yarra Valley has an abundance of world class food and wine. Secondly, the venues and staff we partner with and we work hard to nurture good relationships with our partners so you are welcomed and treated well. Last but not least is the tour host, and we reckon we have some of the best hosts in the valley.
