Start your private group winery tours yarra valley with a visit to Chandon, the elegant queen of the valley and home of sparkling wine in Australia. Tour the winery and learn about the history of champagne and the unique production process before enjoying a flute of bubbles of your choice (dry, sweet, rosé etc) with a serving of half dozen fresh Australian oysters shared between 2! Sample a stunning variety of premium cool climate Yarra Valley wines at the historic home of Dame Nellie Melba! Hidden behind the giant green hedge, the cellar door is located in the beautifully restored coach house and clock tower surrounded by seven acres of stunning gardens. Magnifique!
If you have yet to discover Dominique’s Provence style dry Rosé or the award-winning Bordeaux inspired Cabernets, then you are in for a treat! Enjoy a wine tasting followed by a sumptuous three-course meal outdoors by the garden fountain or in the bistro for cooler days. C’est chic! Menu changes seasonally and all dietaries are catered for.

Now for the pièce de résistance! Innocent Bystander’s famous “Metre of Awesome” is literally a metre-long share board filled with cheese, meats, olives and everything that is good! Each platter to be shared between 2 people Plus take time for a wine tasting, Espresso Martini or perhaps a glass of the famous Moscato Granita! (Own expense)
